Bangladesh Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) 6th Public Notice for Teacher Job Recruitment 2025
The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) is inviting applications from qualified Bangladeshi citizens for the recruitment of teachers in non-government educational institutions (schools, colleges, madrasas, technical, and business management institutions) at the entry level. This circular aims to fill 100,822 vacant positions across various categories.

- Schools and Colleges: 46,211 posts
- Madrasas: 53,501 posts
- Technical and Business Management Institutions: 1,110 posts
- Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
- Salary: As per government pay scale
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Must be a qualified citizen of Bangladesh
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as of June 4, 2025
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an NTRCA registration certificate and meet the educational qualifications specified in the official circular
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
- Other Requirements: Candidates must have relevant documents for verification and obtain police clearance for final selection
Application Process
- Application Period: June 22, 2025, 12:00 PM to July 10, 2025, 12:00 AM
- Application Method: Online via ntrca.teletalk.com.bd or ngi.teletalk.com.bd
- Application Fee: BDT 1,000 (to be paid via Teletalk prepaid number within 72 hours of application submission)
- Steps to Apply:
- Visit ngi.teletalk.com.bd
- Select the desired job post
- Fill out the online application form with accurate details
- Upload a passport-sized photo and required documents
- Submit the application and note the User ID
- Pay the application fee using two SMS messages:
- First SMS: NTRCA <space> User ID to 16222
- Second SMS: NTRCA <space> YES <space> PIN to 16222
- Receive a confirmation SMS with User ID and Password
Selection Process
- Candidates will undergo:
- Written examination
- Practical examination (if applicable)
- Viva/oral examination
- Document verification and police clearance are mandatory for final selection
- Applications with false information will be nullified, and legal action may be taken
- Candidates can select up to 40 institutions from the vacancy list and indicate willingness to work in other institutions by selecting the “Other Option” in the e-application form

- Only candidates with an NTRCA registration certificate are eligible
- Applications must be submitted for posts and institutions matching the candidate’s NTRCA certificate
- Failure to pay the application fee will result in cancellation of the application
