The Small Farmers Development Foundation, a part of the Ministry of Rural Development and Cooperative, is looking to recruit 150 individuals across four distinct categories. Job Title: Regional Manager
- Number of Vacancies: 5
- Salary Range and Grade: BDT 35,500 – BDT 67,010 (Grade-6)
- Educational Requirements and Additional Criteria: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Moreover, they need a minimum of five years of experience in a position equivalent to the eighth grade, focusing on poverty alleviation or micro-credit initiatives in a government, semi-government, or autonomous organization. Proficiency in computer operations is essential.

Job Title: Field Officer

- Salary Range and Grade: BDT 10,200 – BDT 24,680 (Grade-14)
- Educational Requirements and Additional Criteria: Applicants should have at least an HSC or equivalent qualification. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in credit programs within government, semi-government, autonomous, or non-governmental organizations, as well as proficiency in computer operation.

- Educational Requirements and Additional Criteria: Candidates must possess at least an HSC or equivalent qualification. Preference will be given to those with a background in the science department. Successful candidates must pass the Data Entry Operator skill test.

Job Title: Field Organizer
- Number of Vacancies: 90
- Salary Range and Grade: BDT 9,300 – BDT 22,490 (Grade-16)
- Educational Requirements and Additional Criteria: Applicants should have at least an HSC or equivalent qualification. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in credit programs within government, semi-government, autonomous, or non-governmental organizations, along with proficiency in computer operation.
- Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not exceed 35 years.
District Quota: Candidates from all districts can apply for positions 1 and 3 as described above. However, specific districts are eligible to apply for positions 2 and 4. Candidates in the divisional category are exempt from this district-based restriction. Divisional candidates should have experience working as an SFD/FD/FWV/Field Organizer or Senior Upazila Organizer at a minimum salary of BDT 37,150 in government, semi-government, autonomous, or non-governmental organizations.
Age Calculation: To determine the maximum age, calculate it until October 1. The minimum age for candidates applying for positions 2, 3, and 4 should be 18 years.
